Location & capacity

Where the event takes place. The address is shown on the event page, tickets, and confirmation emails.

Name of the building or location, e.g. 'Konzerthaus Freiburg'.
Street name and number as it should appear on tickets.

Step-free access to the event area, including entrance, seating, and stage view.
Elevator access to all floors used during the event.

Used for attendee inquiries and order-related communication.
Optional. Shown on the event page for urgent questions.
Shown on the event page if the organizer profile is public. Keep it short and relevant to attendees.
Shows the organizer name, bio, and contact details on the public event page.

Adds a 'Contact organizer' button to the event page. Messages are sent to the organizer email above.
Adds the organizer name, email, and phone to every booking confirmation.
